Delivery

Shipping Process will be done as soon as after we received your payment confirmation, usually the next day after confirmation of payment. If the is any problem occurs, we'll inform you soon after you make the payment.

The delivery courier that we officially used is Pos Laju Malaysia. However, in some cases, we may use another courier such as Kangaroo Express or GDex. Different courier does not affect the flat rate of shipping fees as stated below.

# Peninsular Malaysia: RM 6 per pieces
# Sabah/Sarawak: RM 9 per pieces

Members of White House Fashion Boutique also entitled for Free Shipping services. To members, please provide the Member Code during the checkout process to get the free shipping service. If not, the shipping fees will be calculated automatically by the system.

Customers who purchase above RM 200 will automatically be one of our member and will get the Member Code to get our membership benefit including the free shipping service for future purchases. When they make purchases of RM 200 and above for the first time, they will be automatically entitled for the free shipping services (membership feature). So, during the checkout process, the shipping fees will be 0.00 when the total of orders is RM 200 and above.

We are sorry to say that we do not provide any shipping services outside Malaysia. It means, we will not entertain customers from outside Malaysia until we decide to widen our business in the future.

Please be informed that we do not provide Cash On Delivery services yet at this moment. However, customer can choose to self-collect the items at our outlets.

The tracking code will be given to you soon after we post your parcel. However, we will not update the tracking code on website to prevent the parcel thieving. It will be given either through email, Whatsapp or SMS and you need to alert about that.
