Yes you can. You can place order online and self-collect the item at our physical stores. To do so, please choose "Self-Collect" for payment option during the checkout process. You may also contact us to inform that you're coming by to collect the items.

Once your order has been posted, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The email will contain the shipping service used to send your package as well as the tracking number. So far, we do not receive any complaints from customers yet. However, we suggest you to buy an item from us to see the quality first before going for other designs.

We accept payment via Online Banking, Offline Banking either via Cash Deposit Machine or at the counter, and also Paypal. You may refer to Payment page for more information about payment method.

Yes you are. We will process your order only after the confirmation of full payment. Besides, you're also advised to make payment with the exact amount. Please refer to Payment page for further information

We charge a flat rate of shipping fees as follow:

# Peninsular Malaysia: RM 6 per item
# Sabah Sarawak: RM 9 per item


And we provide free shipping for those who spend more than RM 200 with us and also for our members.

Sorry. We do not provide Cash On Delivery services. But we do provide Self-Collect for payment option.

If there is no problem, you'll receive your parcel within 1-4 working days(Sat, Sun, Public Holiday excluded) after the confirmation of payment is made. We will post to you as soon as possible after receiving your payment's confirmation.

If the item that you wanna buy is out of stock, you have the right to get 100% refund without questioning or you can also choose other products to replace it.

We're sorry to dissappoint you but the answer is no. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless it is a wrong measurement given by us, only then you are entitled for exchange. We will be gladly to offer you an exchange or refund based on the appropriate situations. It is considered as normal that shirt measurements might deviate from the actual products. Please allow +/- 2 cm variance on sizes stated. You may refer to Return and Exchange Policy for further information.
